If we can not satisfy your complaint through other means, you may return the item(s) to us and, after the goods have been inspected, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price of the item(s). There are no outbound or return shipping refunds. The item(s) must not have any visible signs of use or wear and must not be damaged. We will refund the monies paid using the original method by which they were received. While great care is taken to properly package, protect and ship your order, no responsibility is taken for lost or damaged goods.
